Job Summary

Surecall Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team as a Water Tanker Operator. As a key member of our wastewater solutions team, you will be responsible for pumping flood or excess surface water into water tankers and transporting it to local water purification stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pumping flood or excess surface water into water tankers
  • Transporting water to local water purification stations
  • Working in a fast-paced emergency response environment
  • Collaborating with our wastewater solutions team to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 or 2 driver experience in the UK
  • Valid UK Driving Licence, CPC, and Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 points on your license with no major endorsements
  • Availability for induction and employment at short notice
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay rates: £18 per hour (day rate) and £19 per hour (night rate)
  • Flexible shift patterns, including 4 on 4 off rota with overtime available
  • 8 hours minimum guaranteed, with shifts often longer (12 hours)
  • Mobile phone, safety equipment, and clothing provided
