About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team at Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality radiography services, particularly in foot and ankle surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert radiography services, including principles and practice of foot and ankle surgery.
- Develop and maintain a complete logbook of experience, meeting the requirements of the GMC's Good Medical Practice.
- Contribute to the management of professional organizations and participate in audit and research projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of radiography services.
Requirements
- Basic MB BS or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate FRCS / MRCS or equivalent qualification.
- Commitment to continuing postgraduate education and training.
- Minimum 4 months NHS experience.
- Greater than two years Orthopaedic Registrar experience, particularly in foot and ankle subspecialties.
Desirable Criteria
- Additional Postgraduate qualification.
- Contribution to management of professional organization.
- Some experience of medical writing.
