Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the quarterly business review for EMEA Senior Leadership.
- Deliver commercial insights on margin optimization and profitability enhancement.
- Assist in orderbook conversion and risk mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate variance and KPI metrics to inform commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with the pricing team to ensure EMEA price consistency.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Oversee the Wholesale budget and forecasting process for the UK and Ireland.
- Assess assumptions and develop financial models for effective planning.
- Engage in both short-term and long-term scenario analysis.
Financial Reporting:
- Guarantee precise month-end financial reporting for the UK and Ireland Wholesale.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and address audit inquiries.
Additional Duties:
- Lead a team of two direct reports, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Establish strong relationships with the commercial team and contribute to new initiatives.
- Support the implementation of ERP and EPM systems.
Qualifications:
- Post-qualification experience in finance (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and Oracle is advantageous.
