Senior Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our Commercial Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal deployment of working capital within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee stock holding and rebates receivable balance to maximise working capital position
- Develop strong working relationships with Category Management Team, Commercial Team, and Branch Operations Network
- Provide insights and support to enable colleagues to achieve critical KPIs
- Line management responsibility for 3 analysts
- Ad-hoc finance support to Group Commercial and Group Procurement Directors
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and quantitative background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting
- Previous line management experience
- Recognised finance qualification or significant experience
