Clinical Lead

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our nurses and carers to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and clinical care to our residents.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement effective clinical governance strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's clinical policies and procedures.
  • Support the management team in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
