About the Role

As a Team Leader at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Delivering results-driven sales strategies and initiatives
  • Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs for team members
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who possesses:

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
