Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in-store to achieve results with a personal service to customers. They will deliver a luxury experience and service, be hands-on, and manage all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in-store to achieve results with a personal service to customers
  • Successfully deliver a luxury experience and service
  • Be hands-on and manage all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
  • Responsible for coordinating all online orders
  • Operationally responsible for inventory management
Requirements
  • Retail experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
  • Has a track record of driving sales and performance
  • Strong communication skills to deliver company goals
  • Experience in merchandising or inventory management
