Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team at IP-People, a leading Managed IT Services company. As a key member of our Service Desk Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our valued end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 2nd Line IT support services to our clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our Service Desk Team to provide seamless support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace & Cloud technologies, including Intune and Autopilot.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve our service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Service Desk IT Support, with a strong focus on technical expertise and customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles.
  • Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology.
  • Proficiency in PC's, servers, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers.
  • Relevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, or PRINCE.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
