Job Description

Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and maximize return on investment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Define and develop marketing strategies and tactical plans to match the brand's position in its life cycle and maximize potential.
  • Lead Brand Planning: Lead the brand planning process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and coordinate the brand team to ensure effective strategies and plans are in place to drive growth.
  • Portfolio Insights and Assessment: Lead the portfolio insights and assessment and implement agreed management plans flawlessly.
  • Brand Performance Analysis: Analyze and report brand performance (financial and in-market) with insights based on validated facts and proactively share recommendations for course-correction as required.
  • Brand Innovation: Lead the brand innovation process from ideation, business case preparation, presentation, and implementation.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control budget spending on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel: Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in relevant environment.
  • Relevant Brand Management or Marketing Experience: Relevant brand management or marketing experience and proven track record of success.
  • Healthcare Professional Engagement Experience: Healthcare professional engagement experience (media, CRM, sales support, advocacy programs).
  • People Management: People management.
