Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering comprehensive maintenance and repair services
- Performing various tasks such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance
- Ensuring that all plant, services, and vehicles are in optimal working condition
- Adhering to safe working practices and reporting any faulty equipment or potential hazards
- Conducting weekly checks of fire alarm systems, including fire exits and emergency lighting

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in various painting and decorating techniques for both indoor and outdoor settings
- Willingness to travel and possess a valid driving license

- Preferably holds a Level 2 Diploma in Painting & Decorating or Maintenance
