About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Market Analyst to join our Energy Economics team at SSE PLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and forecasting energy market trends, providing commercial insights and recommendations to support our business growth and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed economic models to forecast energy market trends and prices.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market data and trends to identify opportunities and risks for our business.
  • Provide commercial advice and recommendations to support investment decisions and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
