Job OpportunityAs a pivotal player at First Response Group, you'll be instrumental in driving our future growth by securing new and lucrative contracts. Your responsibilities will encompass proactive sales initiatives, fostering relationships with our existing clients, engaging in competitive tendering, and capitalising on reactive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop profitable new business across the region.
- Communicate with existing and potential customers across various sectors.
- Complete tenders, PQQs, RFI's, and other business development activities.
- Target clients across the private and public sectors.
- Effectively network with potential customers.
- Timely and accurate completion of quotations and other business-related paperwork.
- Develop and maintain an effective company sales database.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
- Technical sales experience in CCTV, Access Control, and related systems.
- System integration (SI) experience is essential.
- System design expertise in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Skilled negotiation and credibility to operate at senior levels, both internally and externally.
- Flexible approach to travel throughout the region.
