About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Lead to join our team at Sja's West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our NHS Cadets programme, working with young people from marginalised communities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and engage young people onto the NHS Cadets Programme, providing them with opportunities to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
  • Supervise and support St John Ambulance youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme effectively.
  • Collaborate with our team to evaluate the programme's impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver engaging content to meet the needs of our programme participants.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives. You will have a strong background in programme management, youth development, and community engagement.

You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with our team, stakeholders, and programme participants. You will also be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
