Job Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a CAMHS Eating Disorders role. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Prescribed Care: Provide evidence-based care to patients with eating disorders, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress towards goals.
- Patient Engagement: Engage with patients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, and provide empathetic and supportive care.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in mental health and eating disorders.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Skills and Experience: Proven experience working with patients with eating disorders, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
