Chef Position at beBee Professionals

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our restaurant team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, utilizing a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meets the restaurant's standards, adhering to food safety procedures and ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, developing new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, with a passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), with the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
