Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Assistant to support our small, hardworking team. As a Team Assistant, you will provide general office support, including welcoming visitors, taking notes in meetings, and organizing refreshments. You will also spend part of your week rotating between teams to gain experience across all our work, including creating social media campaigns, researching and organizing events, and creating decks for presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support, including welcoming visitors, taking notes in meetings, and organizing refreshments
  • Assist in organizing team travel and social events
  • Liaise with IT company
  • Assist with creating social media campaigns and posts
  • Research and organize events
  • Create decks for presentations
What You Will Learn
  • Research skills

Requirements
