About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
  • Maintain Enhanced DBS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.

Working Arrangements

We offer a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, alternating between days and nights. Usual working hours are 6:30am-7:30pm and 7pm-7am. Please note that due to the nature of the business and client requirements, we reserve the right to change working times with reasonable notice.
