Key Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
- Maintain Enhanced DBS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
- Full training and development opportunities, including Patient Care, Patient Transport, De-Escalation Techniques, Physical Intervention, and First Aid.

We offer a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, alternating between days and nights. Usual working hours are 6:30am-7:30pm and 7pm-7am. Please note that due to the nature of the business and client requirements, we reserve the right to change working times with reasonable notice.
