Crux Careers is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the property industry.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support requirements.

Requirements
- Person specification: a hungry and ambitious individual with a desire to exceed KPIs and provide consultative advice to the estate agency sector.
- Experience required: experience within the property sector and/or business-to-business selling experience is essential.
- Ability to use a consultative selling approach to develop long-term relationships.
- Outstanding communication and networking skills across a variety of channels.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and utilize information for business improvement.
