As a Field Service Engineer with Cennox Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing technical hardware issues within customer estates, including ATM machines, self-service kiosks, and lockers. You will diagnose system problems and repair them while keeping in line with service level agreements.

You will provide excellent customer service and remain professional when dealing with clients, ensuring accurate communication between all departments to provide smooth resolutions for our customers.

Our engineers work a 9hr day (1 hr lunch) on rotational shifts that cover 7am-7pm and 1 in 4 weekends. You will have the opportunity to earn overtime, with an average additional £4-5k per year.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and repairing technical hardware issues within customer estates
  • Diagnosing system problems and repairing them while keeping in line with service level agreements
  • Providing excellent customer service and remaining professional when dealing with clients
  • Communicating accurately between all departments to provide smooth resolutions for our customers

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a transferrable field such as working on ATMs, vending machines, mechanical experience, or other such hardware
  • A working knowledge of Windows-based software
  • A full and valid Driving licence
