Cloud Contact Centre Programme Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Sanderson in South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a new cloud-based omni-channel contact centre, working closely with our client to deliver a cutting-edge solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RFI/RFP activities for the cloud-based contact centre solution
  • Oversee the end-to-end programme management of the large-scale technical implementation
  • Manage multiple virtual teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in cloud-based contact centre solutions and contact centre as a service
  • Proven programme management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale technical implementations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
