Access Talent Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our multidisciplinary design consultancy in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and building a team of experts in flood risk assessment and hydrology.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in flood risk assessment, hydrology, and drainage strategy development. Your expertise in Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow will be essential in producing high-quality reports and assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as hydrology, civil engineering, or geography, and be near chartered with CEng or CIWEM. You will have a proven track record of winning new work and clients, as well as advising and consulting with clients on hydrological issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of junior staff and mentoring them to develop their skills and expertise
- Collaborating with other disciplines to meet client needs
- Developing and implementing flood risk assessment and drainage strategy plans
- Producing high-quality reports and assessments using Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
