Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity at Woods

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Woods, part of the Connells Group. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in leading our residential lettings team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations, with the occasional market appraisal/valuation to instruct properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to maximise branch income and profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and lettings strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Estate agency experience, preferably in lettings negotiation or sales.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
