About the Role:

We are seeking 15 reliable and physically fit individuals to assist with packing and unloading trees at our Newbury site. This is a demanding role that involves heavy lifting and working outdoors in a yard environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload trees from delivery vehicles and move them to storage areas.
  • Pack and prepare trees for delivery to customers.
  • Ensure the yard remains tidy and safe during operations.
  • Assist with general yard duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual.
Working Conditions:
  • Outdoor work, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks.
