Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our Conon Bridge service. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing overnight care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overnight support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Requirements
