Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Tain. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals in engaging with their communities through planned outings and activities.
- Provide personal care support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
- Offer practical support with daily household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
