We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Assistant to join our team at Well Placed HR. As a key member of our finance and people management function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and payroll services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- HR administration, including contract, handbook, and policy maintenance
- Administration of time and attendance systems
- Preparation of payroll files and documentation
- Providing payroll guidance to line managers
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries
- Producing and updating employee documentation
- Collating staff timesheets
- Supporting people management team with training and development programs
We are looking for a candidate with at least 6-12 months of recent experience in a people management function and payroll administration. You will require excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office products and bespoke T&A software. Strong communication and delegation skills are essential for this role.
