About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Adult Psychotherapist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in delivering specialist psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals and groups.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychodynamic psychotherapy to patients, assessing their suitability for treatment and providing expert advice and clinical supervision to other therapists.
  • Support the development of other clinicians through teaching, training, and consultation, promoting excellence in psychodynamic practice.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of clinical seminars, workshops, and conferences, sharing your expertise with colleagues and external partners.
