Front of House Assistant Role

Frasers Hospitality, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Fraser Suites Queens Gate in London.

About the Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests, working closely with the Food and Beverage and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team with daily operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Assist with front desk duties, such as checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, food and beverage, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
