Job Summary:
Meridian Business Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care to patients, assessing and planning nursing care requirements, providing pre- and post-operation care, and monitoring and administering medication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients
- Assess and plan nursing care requirements
- Provide pre- and post-operation care
- Monitor and administer medication
- Write records and supervise junior staff
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care
