Key Responsibilities:- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Aerotech GSE product offerings, along with an understanding of competitive pricing and effective market entry strategies.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of GSE applications within airport operations.
- Grasp the operational and maintenance needs for designated accounts, ensuring these are met through GSE and Customer Care solutions.
- Formulate and monitor weekly sales projections for individual clients utilizing the CRM platform.
- Prepare and present competitive tenders.
- Comprehend and negotiate legal and financial stipulations.
- Regularly engage with the Business Planning Team to relay customer updates, current production timelines, and contribute insights for inventory management.
- Identify, nurture, and sustain robust business relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Develop sales proposals and deliver product presentations as integral components of the sales process.
- Participate in team evaluations and analyze sales patterns, providing feedback to the Regional Director regarding specific customer sales activities and trends.
- Formulate sales strategies for targeted accounts, ensuring the maximization of business opportunities.
- Support Sales personnel in fostering relationships with clients and transforming accounts into enduring partnerships.
- Stay informed about new products, specifications, industry trends, and competitor dynamics, sharing relevant information with Oshkosh AeroTech colleagues.
- Attend and assist in the preparation for industry-related trade exhibitions and seminars.
- Offer insights and support to other internal departments, including Quality, Customer Care, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to enhance processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements within the department.
- Collaborate with various company sectors to ensure comprehensive support for customer needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding their requirements.
- Develop and execute a visitation schedule for key clients, traveling to customer locations as necessary to promote GSE products and address any unresolved customer concerns.
Ensure that equipment ordered by clients aligns with their final specifications.
