Claims and Complaints Manager

We are seeking an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Aston Charles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including predominantly Public and Employers' Liability losses.
Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file/audit checking to ensure compliance. In addition, you will be handling your own caseload of higher value and complex claims.
As an expert in Liability claims, you must have solid managerial skills, and the ability to help create a friendly and supportive environment where a fully remote-based team enjoy working to shared goals and objectives.
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role. You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary, together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
