Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a leading property consultancy, we offer a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and inspections, working closely with senior members of the team
  • Meet with clients to discuss property portfolios and provide expert advice
  • Develop a strong understanding of property development and surveying principles
  • Work towards RICS qualification within 2 and a half years

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree in surveying or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to developing a career in property surveying
