Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective plans to address the needs of children and families, including providing guidance and support to parents and carers.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and families.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Practitioner who is passionate about working with children and families. You will have a strong background in social work, with a focus on children with disabilities, and be able to demonstrate your expertise in this area. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including children, families, and professionals.
