ROLE SUMMARY
This newly established position is crucial for overseeing the revenue function, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations while also engaging in strategic initiatives. The role encompasses global responsibilities, promising substantial growth and development opportunities within a high-profile organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the global mandates team, building strong relationships with client-facing units to facilitate the onboarding of mandates and assess the financial implications on profitability.
- Oversee a global team to ensure accurate accrual of mandate revenue and rebates.
- Ensure timely issuance and delivery of invoices to clients.
- Manage all debtor accounts and forecast cash flow effectively.
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting mechanisms.
SUPPORTING THE DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL REVENUE
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high-quality month-end and quarterly reporting, with insightful analysis and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strategically onboarding newly acquired entities.
- Acting as a deputy or assuming additional responsibilities as necessary.
LEGAL ENTITY CONTROL
Lead the control function for UK investment management entities.
FINANCE TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT
Engage in the assessment of current and future finance activities, documenting process gaps, technology needs, and control measures. Develop future state process maps and collaborate with process owners to resolve any identified issues.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
