Job Description

Llaeth y Llan, a leading family-owned business, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join its team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the company's financial strategy and overseeing day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and other stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
