We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver excellent person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support
- Recruit and develop support workers through staff supervisions, candidate interviews, and providing guidance and expertise
- Communicate effectively with staff, individuals we support, and external professionals
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
- Experience in a senior support worker or care team leader role
- NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence and access to a car
