Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Employment Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers to identify their challenges and barriers to employment, and provide them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with job seekers to understand their needs and aspirations
  • Booking job seekers onto relevant training courses to enhance their employability skills
  • Supporting job seekers with CV writing and job application processes
  • Liaising with employers to identify employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Coaching and mentoring experience, with a proven ability to persuade and influence others
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment, such as customer services, hospitality, or social care
  • Experience of working in a performance target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers and employers
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
