We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Safety Health and Environment Advisor to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices across our manufacturing sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Collaborate with the Group SHE Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive health, safety, and environmental strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
