The Job

We're looking for a superstar Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the running of a busy kitchen and helping to train your teams. You'll have the opportunity to source the best produce from top suppliers and create dishes that inspire wonder.

No.42 by GuestHouse Margate has 3 different food outlets, including a 'Field Trip' healthy café, our signature restaurant 'Pearly Cow', showcasing the best of British Meat and Seafood, and our rooftop bar serving delicious small plates.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food and has a deep understanding of seasonality and sustainability in the kitchen. You'll be a hands-on leader who loves spending time in the kitchen, not in front of a computer. You'll be motivated by the opportunity to work for a company that trusts your instincts and values your contributions.

What We Offer
