Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to manage new business and existing revenue for a select number of Strategic Carrier Partners at Virgin Media O2. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, maintaining, and elevating customer happiness while representing our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account development plans aligned with strategic carriers' business aspirations.
- Drive creative market opportunities with partners that improve strategic business and revenue diversity.
- Meet New Business and Revenue targets while managing existing contracted bases and encouraging significant growth in strategic carrier accounts.
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships within named accounts to develop, maintain, and grow contracted revenue streams.
- Negotiate contract renewals professionally and timely to minimize revenue and profit erosion.
- Manage pipelines to ensure appropriate focus on identified and forecasted opportunities.
- Construct cases and justify CAPEX/OPEX spend and resource allocation.
- Experience in market awareness and critical thinking.
- Liaising at a senior/board level.
- Hunter mentality.
- Proven and outstanding sales and account management experience.
- Ability to understand new products and the significance of market trends.
