Project Start Recruitment Solutions is a prominent player in the facilities management and building services sector, recognized for its robust and expanding electrical division. Established in 1985, our organization has consistently thrived and expanded its reach globally.
In light of our ongoing success with a significant blue-chip contract, we are seeking a qualified HVAC Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across the Midlands and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC Technicians and Engineers across over 100 locations within the Midlands.
- Ensure the effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive tasks, and testing workstreams, while providing technical support to maintenance teams throughout the estate.
- Plan and lead HVAC teams to guarantee that all services meet the established standards and comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Oversee technical standards within operations, acting as the technical authority and key account holder for F-Gas compliance.
- Support and mentor engineers through their training and development.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and regional HVAC technicians across various sites.
- Manage budgets and service delivery efficiently, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a related field (Essential).
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
- ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
- ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum.
- City and Guilds 17th Edition certification.
- Thorough knowledge of major manufacturers' systems and equipment.
- Extensive understanding of HVAC systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
