About the Role

We're seeking a talented Energy Specialist to join our team at E.ON Next. As an Energy Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform our customer service strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives, ensuring they align with our company values and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
