About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
