Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth in your store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage store operations, including stock management, recruitment, and training
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive business growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving store standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service
