About the Role

We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team, who will support individuals with complex conditions who require specialist support to care for their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable our customers to express their rights, choices, and aspirations

Requirements

  • Relevant experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Team player, motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Good standard of written, verbal, and numeracy skills
  • Good basic IT skills
