Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Hoop Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Human Resources Team: Collaborate with our HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee the Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Maintain and Update Recruitment Systems: Ensure our recruitment systems are up-to-date and accurate, reflecting the latest job postings and candidate information.
- Create and Manage Job Adverts: Craft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across various channels.
- Support Contracts and Employment: Assist in creating and managing contracts of employment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR systems.
- Verify Employment Checks: Obtain references, DBS checks, and other employment checks, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Experience with ATS and HR Systems: Proven experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- DBS Checks and Employment Verification: Familiarity with DBS checks, reference, and right-to-work checks.
- Contract Issuance and Management: Experience issuing offer letters and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent Organizational and Administrative Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of Office Administration: Understanding of office administration principles and practices.
