- Obtain References and Employment Checks: Coordinate with candidates to obtain references, DBS checks, and other employment checks, such as right to work.
- Experience with ATS and HR Systems: Proven experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Experience with DBS Checks and Employment Checks: Familiarity with DBS checks, reference checks, and right to work checks.
- Issuing Offer Letters and Contracts: Ability to issue offer letters and contracts to new employees.
- Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
- Excellent Organizational and Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Office Administration: Familiarity with office administration and HR procedures.
