Role: Timber Frame Project Manager

Location: Stirling

As a Project Manager, you will be integral to a team dedicated to making a significant impact on the built environment and promoting sustainability.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assess project specifications, timelines, and construction schedules with clients, ensuring clarity on the final scope of work and any associated costs or timelines.
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure alignment on project timelines and any modifications to standard specifications.
  • Develop a comprehensive master schedule that tracks the progress of all active projects and assigns construction teams accordingly.
  • Maintain a focus on cost efficiency while upholding quality standards, and communicate any budget overruns to the project team and Quantity Surveyor.
  • Prepare and disseminate on-site construction schedules to all stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, while monitoring weekly progress and any necessary adjustments.
  • Organize and lead project handover meetings, involving key team members to ensure all actions are tracked and completed.
  • Conduct post-project review meetings with the project team to extract lessons learned for future endeavors.
