Position Overview:

Sales Support / CRM Systems / Sales Operations / Administrative Expertise / Client Assistance / Sales Data Oversight

SmartPro is collaborating with a reputable organization seeking a Sales Support Coordinator. This position is office-based and reports directly to the Sales Support Manager.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or as otherwise arranged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers regarding inquiries related to supply and delivery.
  • Address feedback concerning daily orders and order-related issues such as shortages and mis-deliveries.
  • Provide customers with updates on order statuses and resolve any issues.
  • Handle ad hoc customer requests related to supply and delivery.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels for components supplied by customers.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to effectively meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Discuss stock availability and prioritize production and packing schedules.
  • Review customer forecasts and communicate any changes or inquiries.
  • Analyze sales data, identifying and responding to trends in sales performance.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Oversee project management for new product introductions, product discontinuations, and other product modifications, ensuring effective communication of stock positions to customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and take necessary actions for any stock issues related to expiration dates.
  • Initiate regular discussions with customers to assess performance and explore improvement opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
