About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties, delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
  • Oversee a team of Property Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors to ensure seamless property management
  • Arrange and monitor works and repairs, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and report to landlords, highlighting any issues or concerns
  • Mediate between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes, providing a fair and impartial resolution
  • Service of notices, S21 and S8, in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Attend court hearings and bailiff appointments, representing the company and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Escalate complaints and issues to senior management, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the point of contact for the Head of Property Management, providing regular updates and progress reports
Requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing a property portfolio, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • UK Driver's Licence and own car, for business use
